The Soyedinitelniye otvody truboprovodov Works (SOT, a part of ChTPZ) has started manufacturing welded pipe sheet piles.
These products are used in constructing bank stabilization structures.
It took company 5 months to develop the manufacture.
As a pilot version SOT produced welded pipe sheet piles of S390 steel sections and 630 mm diameter pipes.
Now the company can produce sheet piles with the diameter of 530-1420 mm made of its own pipes. The capacity of the company is 80 units per month. (Ukrainian metal)
