In January-June, according to the customs statistics, Russia imported 130.4 thousand tons of strips from Austria.
In June imports totaled 13 thousand tons, in May – 30.7 thousand tons, the largest volume since October 2016, when Russia started importing strips from Austria.
The main customer is Vyksa Iron and Steel Works, which supplies large diameter pipes for the construction of the Nord Stream-2. (Ukrainian metal)
