Kyshtym Electrolitic Copper Plant has assembled a new bridge crane with the lifting capacity of 10 tons at its copper electrolysis shop.

The company needed the new machine because of the future increase of output. The crane will be put into operation in the near future.

Under the modernization program in 2017 KMEZ intends to increase the capacity of its copper cathode manufacture to 140 thousand tons per year. In particular, the shop will assemble two additional rows of electrolysis baths. The cost of the project is over 380 million rubles. (Ukrainian metal)
