The Ministry of economy and trade of Mexico has set up preliminary compensation duties on imports of seamless steel pipes from Ukraine, as well as South Korea, Spain and India.
Duty for Ukrainian pipe makers is $170.11 per ton.
The antidumping investigation began on December 15, 2016, and covers the time frame from April 1, 2015 through March 31, 2016. The investigation has been initiated by the local Tubos de Acero de Mexico. (Ukrainian metal)
