The state enterprise Mirnogradugol (Donetsk region) has signed an agreement with the individual entrepreneur Shapko I. M. on the transportation services valued at 199.99 thousand UAH.
For the past year Shapko has received orders only from Mirnogradugol, in particular it has signed 5 agreements valued at 998 thousand UAH. Four of these were just 0.01 UAH below 200 thousand UAH, when the services have to be tendered. (Ukrainian metal)
