According to the deputy prime minister of Belarus Vladimir Semashko, the country is not negotiating coal supplies with the self-proclaimed Lugansk People’s Republic, a terrorist organization created and supported by Russia.
“Belarus has no need for Donbass coal”, he said.
The reason for such a statement was the interview of the LPR leader Igor Plotnitsky to Russian media, when he said that Minsk was negotiating coal deliveries from Donbass. (Ukrainian metal)
