The Eurasian Economic Commission has imposed a preliminary 4-months antidumping duty of 37.89% on Ukrainian hot-rolled steel angles.
The duty affects angles manufactured by Azovstal, Yenakievo Iron and Steel Works and other companies.
According to the commission, the output of the industry decreased because of dumping by 14.4%, sales – by 11.8%, profit – by 50.3%.
The investigation began in August 2016 at the request of Evraz ZSMK and NTMK, as well as MMK and Severstal. In 2013-2016 their share on the hot-rolled angles market was 90.6%. (Ukrainian metal)
