The European Commission has decided not to impose temporary duties on hot-rolled metal from Ukraine, Brazil, Iran, Serbia and Russia, as it is still investigating whether the countries violated the rules of fair competitiveness.
Thus the preliminary antidumping duties are not imposed from April 7. But the commission will have to decide by October 7, on the final duties. (Ukrainian metal)
