The Ministry of foreign affairs has prepared a decree that will toughen sanctions against North Korea.
In particular, the draft presupposes the prohibition of delivery from North Korea of copper, nickel, silver and zinc and their transportation through the territory of Russia.
Coal and iron ore purchases could be excluded from the list, if they are bought not from persons and companies that have been previously included in the sanctions lists or connected with the nuclear program. (Ukrainian metal)
