Interpipe has officially registered its trademark with the Ministry of trade and industry of Saudi Arabia.
This is the second country after the United Arab Emirates, where the company registered its trade mark to battle fake steel pipes.
“In the past 5 years we supplied over 80 thousand tons of pipe products to Saudi Arabia. But more and more often we meet competition from the counterfeit products on the market. The registration of the trade mark is a measure to protect our clients from the bad quality of fake products”, Interpipe Near East, Africa and Asia commercial director Andrei Burtsev said.
