In 2016 exporters of steel pipes, in particular Russia, Austria and Poland, used 87% of their quota.
Russia used 100% of its quota having supplied 14 thousand tons of pipes to Ukraine.
Austria supplied 2.7 thousand tons of pipes, or 95% of the quota, while Poland used only 34% of the quota and delivered 442 tons of pipes to Ukraine.
In 2015 exporters used 82% of their quotas to supply pipes to Ukraine. (Ukrainian metal)
