The idea of creating a very large metal company is still important for Russia, USM Holding chairman Alisher Usmanov believes.
“There is an oil giant. There is also a gas giant, even though with the state-controlled stake. There is a bank giant. While in the mining and metallurgical sector everything is split up. So we are vulnerable to the so-called volatility waves. I believe one day we will unite”, he said. (Ukrainian metal)
