The Mine Group named after Space Heroes has fulfilled its annual target by mining 4.5 million tons of coal. This is the record-high result in the Mine Group history and the highest in Ukraine.
In November Blagodatnaya mine was the first among DTEK enterprises to reach the annual target, with Space Heroes following in December.
“In 2016 we put 8 new long faces into operation. Our daily output stands at 13.5 thousand tons of coal”, the mine director Sasun Mkrtchyan said. (Ukrainian metal)
