The department of the inner market protection of the Eurasian Economic Commission has started the second antidumping investigation in respect of some types of steel pipes, produced by Ukrainian metal companies.

The investigation was initiated by Interpipe to review the individual sizes of antidumping duties due to new circumstances.

The antidumping measures were imposed in June 2011 and prolonged till June 1, 2021. Duty for casing pipes was set at 18.9%, for pumping-compressor pipes at 19.9%, of oil and gas pipeline pipes, as well as hot-deformed pipes – at 19.4%.

By new circumstances Interpipe means putting into operation of its own steel smelting complex, which provides round billets to the company. (Ukrainian metal)
