Russia’s revenue from coal exports fell by 18% YoY to $4.55 billion in January-July, according to the Federal Customs Service.

In physical terms, Russia’s coal exports increased by 8.3% to 89.97 million tons.

Coal exports to non-CIS countries rose by 9.1% to 84.34 million tons worth $4.21 billion, a 17.6% fall in monetary terms. Coal exports to CIS countries decreased by 2.8% to 5.63 million tons worth $343.6 million, a 23.2% decrease in monetary terms. (Prime/Ukrainian metal)
