In October-November DTEK will receive 70 thousand tons of anthracite from the South African Republic.

“We plant to import coal from SAR and Poland. The first batches of gas coal (50 thousand tons) will arrive in the next 2 weeks, and we are expecting 70 thousand tons of anthracite from SAR in late October – early November”, said the company commercial director Vitaly Butenko.

According to the company statement, its priority is to use its own coal, and imports will be used to create stocks. (Ukrainian metal)
