Shares of NLMK Group, an international steel company with operations in Russia, the United States, and Europe, were raised to the First Level quotation list, the premium-listing segment for securities admitted to trading on the Moscow Exchange.

A First Level listing means that a company must meet the high standards of corporate governance, market capitalization and trading volume.

Grigory Fedorishin, NLMK CFO, said: “A premium listing for NLMK shares increases their liquidity and investment appeal; and substantially expands the range of potential investors. It is the result of NLMK’s consistent efforts aimed at improving its corporate governance framework and practices”. (Ukrainian metal)
