As of July 12, importers of the 406.4 mm diameter seamless casing pipes to Ukraine used 87.04% of the quota.
According to the Ministry of economical development and trade the quota from October 1, 2015 till September 30, 2016 totals 19505 tons.
So far licenses for the amount of 17031 tons of have been given, thus the quota is now 87.04% full. The rest is 2473 tons.
Russia has used 99.99% of its quota (licenses given for 13863 tons, the rest is 2 tons), Poland used 34.42% (442 and 842 tons respectively), Austria used 93.5% of its quota (2772 tons and 95.42 tons).
Romania (quota totals 245 tons), Slovakia (199 tons), India (84 tons) and China (56 tons) haven’t used their quotas at all. (Ukrainian metal)
