Shareholder meetings of Nikopol Ferroalloy Plant, Zaporozhye Ferro Alloys Plant, Marganets Mining and Processing Works and Ordzhonikidze Mining and Processing Works, scheduled for early June, were not held.
ZZF meeting was to take place on June 7, while that of NZF – on June 10. The supervisory boards of both companies will name the day of the meeting after consideration.
MGOK meeting, scheduled for June 9, will be held in August.
Shareholders of all companies planned to discuss reports on 2013-2015 work and plans for 2016. OGOK also wanted to change its name. (Ukrainian metal)
