The Commercial Court of Kiev stated that the Industrial Union of Donbass companies debt to Metinvest Holding was 8.46 billion UAH, while Metinvest claimed 24.51 billion UAH.
The court has decreased Metinvest claims in all three suits: two to Dneprovsky Iron and Steel Works named after Dzerzhinsky and one to Alchevsk Iron and Steel Works.
All three cases went to the court of appeals. The first hearings will be held in early June. (Ukrainian metal)
