The Industrial Union of Donbass Corporation and its companies from Lugansk region have been reregistered on the territory controlled by the Ukrainian government.
“Following the shareholders meetings at Alchevsk Iron and Steel Works, Alchevsk By-Product Coke Plant and Ecoenergia, all the companies have been reregistered at Severodonetsk, that is under control of Ukraine. The companies have been previously registered in Alchevsk. ISD has been reregistered in Kramatorsk”, said the corporation legal department director Sergey Tkachenko.
In May 2014 the office of ISD in Donetsk was raided a couple of times. Now its head office is in Kiev. (Ukrainian metal)
