Shareholders of Yenakievo Iron and Steel Works have increased the number of the supervisory board members from 1 to 5.
Metinvest B.V. (the Netherlands) was dismissed from the board, and Yuri Ryzhenkov, Alexander Pogozhev, Julia Dankova, Svetlana Romanova (all of them being representatives of Metinvest B.V.) and Sergey Korenitsin (an independent director) were appointed instead, according to the company press-service.
