The Security Service of Ukraine has found the facts of polluting over 3 hectares of agricultural lands in Ternopil region with mining wastes.
The company responsible was mining limestone and processing it into construction materials. Wastes were illegally carried to the territory close to the quarry. As the result the fertile lands of two districts have been polluted.
According to the experts, the company has damaged the region for 1.3 million UAH. (Ukrainian metal)
