The Supervisory board of the Donetsk Iron and Steel Works has changed 2 of its members.
In particular Alexander Kogadeyev and Anna Beshulya have been dismissed from their office. Instead the board elected Maxim Grytsenko and Oksana Volshukova.
Maksim Lam was reelected the chairman of the board, and Alexander Hobot and Ludmila Ivanova – members of the board.
Lam is a minor shareholder, while the rest possess no shares. (Ukrainian metal)
