The authorities of the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic, a terrorist organization created and supported by Russia, intend to promote their own metal project on the basis of Donetsk Iron and Steel Works.
But the problem of the DPR authorities is the harsh competition with the “outer manager” appointed by Russia to rule companies seized from Ukrainian owners – the Vneshtorgservice company.
According to sources, the authorities have taken scrap from procurers for 2 smeltings and refused to pay for it.
