In early November Donetsk Iron and Steel Works, situated in the temporarily occupied region, stopped operating because of the lack of funds.
The money provided by the managing company Vneshtorgservice LLC was used to buy fuel, raw materials, machinery, etc.
In June the works was shut down because of the absence of fuel. (Ukrainian metal)
