The Lugansk region Court of appeals has left without changes the writ of the Lisichansk court to enforce the execution of the London International Arbitrary Court writ. The latter presupposes the exaction of $57.2 million of debts and 0.28 GBP of court fees from Alchevsk Iron and Steel Works in favor of Reachcom (Cyprus).

In September 2005 Reachcom concluded a credit agreement with the Industrial Union of Donbass, Alchevsk Works and another Cyprus-based company Reeferway. In 2012 Reachcom applied to the London Arbitrary to claim the debt. The court redressed this claim. And this August the Lisichansk court redressed the claim to enforce the execution of the London Arbitrary Court. (Ukrainian metal)
