Ukraine’s scrap exports rise by 41% in January to May 2012

In the first five months of the current year Ukraine’s scrap exports increased by 40.6% YoY to 256,400 tons. In May alone Ukraine’s scrap exports rose by 20.5% compared to April to 72,400 tons.
In the first five months of the current year Ukraine’s scrap imports decreased by 54.5% YoY to 29,600 tons. (SteelOrbis)
