In January to May 2012 Ukraine’s exports of steel products decreased by 6.3% YoY to 9.884 million tons.
In May alone Ukraine’s steel product exports increased by 11.6% compared to April to 2.357 million tons.
In the first five months of the current year Ukraine registered a 9.2% YoY increase in its steel product imports to 712,900 tons. In May alone Ukraine’s steel product imports increased by 25% compared to April to 166,700 tons. (SteelGuru)
