In 2016 Ferrexpo, controlling Poltava and Yeristovo Mining and Processing Works, intends to keep pellets output on the last year level, when it produced 11.66 million tons.
“We expect pellets output to reach 11.2-11.3 million tons, though we hope it will be higher. But what is important for us is that 94% of them will be 65% Fe content pellets, as this is what our clients expect. We had repairs in Q3, and in Q4 we will try to speed things up”, Ferrexpo investors and communications manager Ingrid McMahon said.
In 2017 the company plans to invest $50 million in its assets. (Ukrainian metal)
