By 2017 Central Mining and Processing Works plans to have invested 14 million UAH into repairs of cargo truck engines.

According to the company statement, this is 50% cheaper than buying new engines.

“Under high competitiveness on the world market we are on a constant lookout for new reserves to decrease prime cost of our products, while retaining their high quality. One of the steps is the repair of engines by us. A new engine costs 5.5 million UAH. Our employees could construct a similar much cheaper”, Dmitry Shevchik, CGOK CEO, reported. (Ukrainian metal)

This year the company plans to repair 6 engines.
