The so-called Council of ministers of the Lugansk People’s Republic has implemented outer administration at three companies of Rinat Akhmetov. In 2016 DTEK mined 4.5 million tons of anthracite coal on the occupied territories of Donbass, up by 36.3% YoY. The A-grade coal there is mined by DTEK Rovenkiantrazit and DTEK Sverdlovantrazit.
