Ukraine: AMKR to spend 10.8 billion UAH to pay dividends

ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih intends to spend 10.8 billion UAH to pay dividends. This amount corresponds to 2.81 UAH per ordinary share. The dividends will be paid via the Ukraine’s depositary system. AMKR is the largest manufacturer of rolled steel in Ukraine. Mittal Steel bought 93.02% of Krivorozhstal in 2005 for 24.2 billion UAH. (Ukrainian metal)
