ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih has received a right to continue extracting ore in the mine named after Artem, as the legislative collisions have been removed.
AMKR received the initial right to operate at the mine in 2007. The license was granted for two sites.
In 2014 operation at one of them was suspended.
In 2015-2016 the company prepared documentation on the inexpediency of further operation at the site.
In September 2017 the State Service on Subsoil Use revoked the company right to operate there and in two months gave the license to Rudomine Company. (Ukrainian metal)
