The supervisory board of ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih has set terms to pay dividends in the amount of 10.85 billion UAH, or 2.81 UAH per ordinary share.
According to its decision dated October 15, the dividends will be paid from November 4, 2019 till March 9, 2020.
The dividends will be paid by installments from the profit received in 2015 (1.38 billion UAH), 2016 (2.7 billion UAH), 2017 (5.06 billion UAH) and 2018 (1.69 billion UAH).
The first part will be paid until November 29, the second – until December 27, the third – until January 31, 2020, the fourth – until February 28, 2020, and the fifth – until March 27, 2020. (Ukrainian metal)
