Interpipe has been hiring young specialists without industrial experience but capable of training and self-development.
“We’re creating a team of professionals from other well-known companies in the CIS and people with no experience, but wanting to learn”, said the company R&D director Gennady Yesaulov.
In particular, employees without experience are needed in steel production.
“We needed 600 people, and 5 thousand people wanted to work for us. The average age of the technical personnel at the works is 28 years”, he said. (Ukrainian metal)
