Uzbekistan has sold 687 tons of gold over the past decade, the Central Bank reports.

Some 100 tons of gold were exported in 2020. The lowest amount of gold (10 tons) was sold in 2012, with the maximum amount in 2019 (110 tons).

Gold prices have also changed during this period. While an ounce of gold on the world market was worth $1226.7 in 2010, in 2015 it was $1159.8. The price surged in 2020, with each ounce costing $1,771. Gold price reached its all-time high of $2,067 in August 2020. (Uzreport/Ukrainian metal)
