The state enterprise Ukrpromvneshekspertisa forecasts that in November the volume of ferrous scrap deliveries to metal companies will grow by 4.4% MoM, to 260 thousand tons.
The forecast for October will drop by 3.9% MoM, to 240 thousand tons.
In December the deliveries are expected to reach 230 thousand tons. (Ukrainian metal)
