In January-July Ukraine increased the import of manganese ore and concentrate by 1.5% YoY, to 580.98 thousand tons valued at $113.953 million, up by 32%.

According to the State Fiscal Service, the main suppliers were Ghana (51.97%), the Republic of South Africa (22.82%) and Russia (15.71%).

In 7 months manganese ore and concentrate exports and re-exports dropped by 29%, to 29.491 thousand tons valued at $2.144 million, down by 2.4%. The main customers were Hungary (44.47%), Russia (18.71%) and the Czech Republic (17.64%). (Ukrainian metal)
