The Ternivske Mining Department, a part of DTEK Pavlogradugol PrJSC, got a new manager – in March, the company was headed by Oleg Bilousov, who previously managed the Pershotravenske Mining Department. This is stated in the Facebook post of the mining department.
While getting to know the team, Oleg Bilousov noted the stable level of production indicators of the enterprise and emphasized that occupational safety would remain a key priority in the work.
According to him, the further development of the mining department should be based on the effective work of the team, compliance with safety standards and stable implementation of production plans.
Oleg Bilousov has over 30 years of experience in the coal industry and is well-versed in all production processes of mining enterprises. He began his professional career in 1995 at the Samarskaya mine, where he worked as an apprentice underground electrician. Later, he held a number of management positions in the coal mining industry, including the head of the mining section, the chief technologist, and the chief engineer of mines and mine managements of Western Donbas.
The new director has a specialized education in the specialty “Underground Mining”. In 2000, he graduated from the National Mining Academy of Ukraine. In 2016–2019, he studied under the “Energy of Knowledge” development program at the international business school INSEAD (The Business School for the World). (Nadra)
