From April 13 to 17, the Tube 2026 exhibition, one of the leading international events in the pipe industry, was held in Dusseldorf, Germany. Baku Steel Company (BSC) represented Azerbaijan as the sole national participant.
During the exhibition, the company’s delegation held a number of business meetings with current and potential clients from the European Union, the United States, Central Asia, and the Middle East. Following these meetings, partner visits to BSC production facilities, as well as technical visits to customer sites abroad, were agreed upon. These meetings were crucial for expanding the company’s export reach and elevating its international business relations to a whole new level.
Separate meetings were held with leading equipment manufacturers to discuss promising joint projects, long-term supply opportunities, and areas of technological collaboration.
One significant outcome of the event was BSC’s official invitation to join the International Tube Association (ITA). This confirms the company’s active presence in international markets, its growing industry authority, and its compliance with global standards.
The Tube exhibition has been held biennially since 1988. In 2026, more than 1,100 companies from over 40 countries participated, presenting a wide range of solutions for the tube industry. (Report)
