The Verkhnyodniprovsk City Council is terminating the land rent agreement for the Malyshevskoye deposit, where the northern part of the Motronovskiy Mining and Processing Works’ quarry of zirconium-rutile-ilmenite sands is situated.
The company has to return to the city council the land plot with the size of 155.7 ha.
Moreover, the company has to pay 5.5 million UAH of debt for the rent of the land in 2024.
The debt was the reason for the termination of the agreement. (Ukrainian metal)
