In March, Zaporizhstal increased rolled metal manufacture by 45.5% YoY, to 219.4 thousand tons.
Pig iron output grew by 41.1%, to 273.1 thousand tons, and steel – by 31%, to 260 thousand tons.
Compared with February, pig iron production increased by 10.5%, pig iron – by 9.8% and steel – by 10.4%.
In Q1, Zaporizhstal produced 615.3 thousand tons of rolled metal, up by 88.9% YoY, 785.4 thousand tons of pig iron, up by 71.4%, and 731 thousand tons of steel, up by 85.7%. (Ukrainian metal)
