In 2023, Sukha Balka PrJSC decreased net profit 2.7-fold YoY, to 114.837 million UAH.
According to the agenda of the shareholders’ meeting to be held remotely, the shareholders have to approve of the net profit for 2023 and spend it to replenish working capital.
Moreover, they will make amendments to the company regulations, elect new members of the supervisory board and liquidate revision commission. (Ukrainian metal)
