This year, Sukha Balka has extracted 931 thousand tons of iron ore.
“The full-scale war is raging in Ukraine for the second year and we have to cope with the war time challenges. Around 1 thousand of our employees are in the army now. But despite many crises DMZ and Sukha Balka continue operating,” DCH Steel CEO Vitaliy Bash has said.
According to him, this year the mine has been operating in the mode of maximum resource saving.
In April, Sukha Balka received 4 new loading machines with the ladle volume of 1 and 0.6 cubic meters. (Ukrainian metal)
