In September, Zaporizhstal produced 257.4 thousand tons of pig iron, 246.4 thousand tons of steel and 201.9 thousand tons of rolled metal, up by 73.1%, 130.6% and 125.8% YoY respectively.
The increase was due to the resumption of the blast furnace No. 2 operation.
In January-September, Zaporizhstal produced 1923 thousand tons of pig iron, up by 22.7% YoY, 1745.8 thousand tons of steel, up by 43.9%, and 1442.3 thousand tons of rolled metal, up by 34.4%. (Ukrainian metal)
