In January-July, global steel output amounted to 1103.2 million tons, down by 0.12% YoY.
According to Worldsteel, Ukraine produced 3.43 million tons, down by 28.84%, remaining at the 25th place among the 64 global steel manufacturers.
Ukraine also produced 3.37 million tons of pig iron, down by 29.93%, having gone up from the 17th to the 16th place among 40 global producers. (Ukrainian metal)
