In January-May, Ukraine exported 543.55 thousand tons of pig iron to the USA, up 2.08-fold YoY. At the same time, compared with January-May 2021, exports fell by 26.9%.
In May, Ukraine exported 123.95 thousand tons of pig iron to the USA, up by 30.7% MoM. In May 2022, Ukraine did not export pig iron to the USA.
In January Ukraine exported 116.9 thousand tons of pig iron to the USA and in February – 156 thousand tons. The February results were the highest since September 2021, when Ukraine exported 185.6 thousand tons.
In 2022, average monthly exports amounted to 45.85 thousand tons. (Ukrainian metal)
