The Cabinet of Ministers has registered a draft bill “On amendments to Article 2 of the law “On scrap metal”” in the Verkhovna Rada.
The bill has been registered under the number 9484.
The document aims to regulate legislative aspects of procuring and trading in scrap, as well as to remove the norms on conforming the law “On scrap metal” with the “On waste treatment” law that has become void. (Ukrainian metal)
