Despite the war, from March 1 Interpipe will increase wages of its employees on average by 15%.
The decision will cover all employees in Dnipro, Nikopol and Novomoskovsk.
According to CEO Andrei Korotkov, for almost a year the company has been living and operating in the conditions of a full-scale war and has experienced considerable difficulties in logistics and provision.
“But Interpipe rearranged its operation. We have been able to retain our positions on export markets, where we continue working. Working despite artillery fire, missile attacks and electricity shortages. Since the first days of the invasion we have been providing support to our employees in the Armed Forces, helping the army and the medics, our employees who have suffered from the shelling. We also pay taxes in full,” he added.
The previous wage rise was in October 2021 – by 20% on average. (Ukrainian metal)
